Our company philosophy is to grant you ownership of the content we deliver under the terms below. The final product we created has no rights; you can utilize it in whatever you see fit.

Payment

We demand full payment in advance for any services we render, with the client being partly responsible for financing the tax.

Revision

Our 14-day time limit for revisions can also be extended in the case of exceptional circumstances. The following categories apply to the turnaround time for revisions:

• Urgent (24h): Turnaround time shall be 24 hours.
• Standard (24-48h): Turnaround time shall be 48 hours.
• Extended (>48h): Turnaround time shall be 72 hours.

Conditions for a Project

Before starting the job, NexGen Publishings conducts one-on-one conversations with each client to review requirements. Based on our established terms, we ensure to communicate any service variances to you immediately.

Refund Procedure

Your refund will be handled after the deduction of transactional charges ($150 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is smaller), provided you request a refund before submitting your Work.

After the purchase but before 90 calendar days have passed, no refunds will be issued. We do not automatically refund services for "Change of Mind."

Partial Refund Tiers:

• 75% Refund: If requested after manuscript submission but before design work begins.
• 50% Refund: If requested after design work starts but before final approval.
• No Refund: Issued upon final approval of the Work.

Terms of Use

Our business disclaims all liability for any losses or damage resulting from careless mistakes made on this website. By accepting our terms, you agree to indemnify the firm and its subsidiaries from third-party claims resulting from your access to or use of the website.
